for blue chip organisations such as Caterpillar and JCB.

Requirement: To
design, supply and install a Weld Fume Extraction / Filtration System to serve 3 No. automatic production robot welding systems, with
particular focus on complete fume capture, efficient and effective
filtration and a low maintenance / running cost system. A purpose
bulk ductwork system was therefore designed and installed with high
level ductwork specifically positioned to facilitate fork truck
movement, etc, all linked to 1 No. external mounted big efficiency
cartridge filter system complete with reverse air pulse automatic
self cleaning.
